Dusty Pellegrino

Dusty Pellegrino began her legal recruiting career in early 2015, working at two large national search firms before co-founding Aurora Search Partners. She has experience recruiting associates, partners, in house counsels across practice areas. Throughout her recruiting career she has been a top performer, consistently earning awards including Platinum Elite, Gold Club, and President’s Club. Prior to her career in legal recruiting, Dusty was a practicing attorney handling a broad scope of litigation and estate planning matters. Dusty also had a prior career as a wholesale account executive in the fashion industry. Dusty received her J.D. from the University of Southern California, and her B.A. from the University of Arizona. She is licensed to practice law in California (inactive). When she’s not recruiting, Dusty is with her husband and three young children, usually at the beach. Dusty is a workout enthusiast and has dreams of one day completing a sprint triathlon.
