Lauren Hardgrove

Lauren Hardgrove began her legal recruiting career in 2016. She worked at two large national search firms before co-founding Aurora Search Partners. She has experience recruiting associates, partners, and in-house counsels across the country and has won accolades including President's Club, CEO Club, and Sterling Club awards. Before her career in recruiting, Lauren held leadership positions at two early stage startups. Her first job out of college was as an English Teacher in Prague, Czech Republic. Lauren received her M.S. in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California and her B.A. in Political Science from American University. Lauren is passionate about giving back to the community, and volunteers with nonprofits including CASA of Los Angeles and Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times. When she isn’t recruiting, she is spending time with her amazing family and friends, playing with her two rescue dogs, traveling, or cheering on her favorite LA sports teams.
