Lauren Hardgrove Madison

Lauren Hardgrove Madison began her legal recruiting career in 2016. She worked at two large national search firms before co-founding Aurora Search Partners. She has experience recruiting associates, partners, and in-house counsels across the country and has won accolades including President's Club, CEO Club, and Sterling Club awards. Before her career in recruiting, Lauren held leadership positions at two early-stage startups. She received her M.S. in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California and her B.A. in Political Science from American University. Lauren was born and raised in Pacific Palisades. She and her husband split their time between New Orleans and Los Angeles. She enjoys adventures with their two rescue dogs, Luna and Kaia, traveling, staying active, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. Ask her for NOLA recommendations!
